I ADORE Viva Pinata and play it on my boyfriends XBOX often. I was concerned that they would just borrow the characters, but create an entirely different kid of game play (think Party Animals). But the only game platofrm I own myself is the Nintendo DS. When I first heard about Pocket Paradise I was skeptical. But I was definitely impressed when I started the game and found game play to be very similar to that of the Full Console Versions.This is a great game for people of any age. But if you need non-stop action-packed game play this may not be the game for you.
But other then that, this game gets an "A". The main Problem with it is, it is really fast paced.
I had great luck with games on sale before, and figured, Why not. Once again, we have a winner.
I picked this game up, mainly because it was on sale. Highly addictive.
This game is colorful, relaxing, and just so darn fun. It kills me to put it down.
You get critters before you finnish digging up the ground and putting grass on it. Becides, what could be more fun the beating a pinata with a shovel.
I will cut my review into 3 categories: Graphics,Fun,and Playabilty. Playabilty. You tap a pinata and hold down where you want him/her to go. Fun. No longer will you navigate menus just to get a buttercup seed. This is one fun game. Graphics are great for a DS game and with the option to zoom in on any pinata, it is one good looking game. The controls are the highlight of the game, if you ask me.
If you just want to make a garden or just mess with your pinatas you can do a lot of things. I'm pretty sure you can do more than the 1 console version. If you played the console version you remember how long it took to get to the store. All the stores are only one tap away.VIVA PINATA.
This game isn't very exciting. He wanted something he could pick up and figure out on his own. My 9-year old son told me it was too hard, so finally I decided to figure it out for him. As it turns out, it's quite easy to learn and my 5 year old caught on to it, but my son didn't want to go through the tutorial. This isn't it. Basically you are building a garden on this game.
was bought as a present for my 11 yr old son, and he loves it.
